Print the template and use it as a pattern for shaping small hunks of white polymer clay into Olaf's head, upper and lower body, and feet.
Use the tip of a wooden kitchen skewer to etch a mouth opening in the head. Then use the flat end to stamp two eye sockets in the clay above the mouth. Roll two tiny balls of white clay and top them with bits of black clay for the eyes and gently press them into the sockets. Then assemble the body, starting with the feet and ending with the head, slightly overlapping the pieces and gently pressing the edges to just stick them in place.
Use tiny bits of black clay to add eyebrows and buttons. Then create two front teeth from white clay. Use the flat end of the skewer to make a small rectangular indentation below the center of the mouth line, and then place the teeth in it. Very gently smooth the upper lip down over the upper edge of the teeth so that they appear to stick out from under it. Shape a tiny carrot nose from orange clay and press it in place.
Bake and cool the assembled Olaf body on a foil-covered tray according to the clay manufacturer's directions. Meanwhile, cut off a 2&1/2-inch length from the craft stick and paint it white. Then set it aside to dry.
Cut short lengths of craft wire for Olaf's hair and arms. Use the tip of the skewer to poke small armholes in the sides of the upper body, and another hole in the top of the head for the hair. Insert the wires into the respective holes, using a bit of hot glue to secure them.
Hot-glue the painted craft stick to the back of the finished snowman, then glue the pin back to the stick, and your Olaf pin is ready to wear.
