Big Guy Smoothie inspired by The Hulk
- SMOOTHIE – SERVES 2:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 4 ice cubes (optional)
- CHIA PUDDING – SERVES 2:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp maple syrup
To prepare the smoothie, combine coconut water, baby spinach, frozen banana, and cinnamon in a blender and process until smooth. Add ice cubes as needed. Blend until desired consistency is reached.
To prepare the chia pudding, combine chia seeds, blackberries, almond milk, and maple syrup in blender and process until smooth.
Pour chia pudding mix in bowl. Store overnight for better consistency.
To serve, scoop chia pudding into bottom of a small glass or bowl and pour green smoothie on top.
Top smoothie with blackberries.
