- SMOOTHIE:
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp blueberries
- 1/2 tsp blue spirulina
- TOPPINGS:
- 2 Tbsp coconut
- Blueberries
- Banana slices

Blend smoothie ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a bowl.

Top with coconut flakes, arranging them in the shape of Cinderella’s glass slipper. We recommend using a shoe-shaped cookie cutter as a guide.

Cut banana slices in half to create half-circle shapes and alternate them with blueberries around the edge of the bowl.
