Frozen Fever Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients

  • For the Anna Smoothie Bowl: 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup milk or non-dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon blue spirulina
  • Mango (for topping)
  • For the Elsa Smoothie Bowl: 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup of milk or non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina
  • Watermelon (for topping)
  • Mint leaves (for topping)

Directions

  1. For the Anna Smoothie Bowl: Using either a knife or a flower cookie cutter, cut a sunflower shape from a large slice of mango.

  2. Cut eight teardrop shape pieces out of the mango. Set all of your mango pieces aside.

  3. Blend together your smoothie ingredients in the order listed.

  4. Pour in a bowl, and top with your mango pieces cut earlier.

  5. For the Elsa Smoothie Bowl: Cut watermelon into 6 separate pieces to look like the flower petals on Elsa’s dress. Set aside.

  6. Place your ingredients in a blender in the order listed, blend well.

  7. Pour your smoothie into a bowl, then place your watermelon pieces into the center of your bowl.

  8. Add mint leaves in between each of your watermelon pieces.

  9. Serve and enjoy!
