Moms rule and definitely deserve to be treated like queens on Mother’s Day. One way to make Mom feel extra special is to make her a beautifully decorated cake. Inspired by Tangled, this Mother’s Day cake is garnished with edible flowers that rival Rapunzel’s braid. Topped with perfectly piped frosting letters spelling out “mother knows best,” I know the ladies in your life will love this cake.
Piping frosting letters can definitely be a challenge, but luckily I have an easy hack to make spelling with frosting much easier. It still may take a few practice tries to get it right, but once you nail it, you’ll want to pipe letters on everything!
