Olaf Marzipan Cookies
- Chocolate, white chocolate, and orange candy melts
- Zip-top bags
- Powdered sugar
- Candy eyes
- Mini chocolate chips
All cutting should be done by an adult.
Start by melting the orange, white, and chocolate candies and placing into zip-top bags for piping.
Lay out wax paper on a cookie tray.
Pipe out Olaf’s arms, hair, and mouth with the chocolate. Use the orange chocolate to pipe out his nose.
Finally, use the white chocolate to make his tooth on his mouth. Make extra of each piece in case they break.
Set the chocolate piping bag to the side for now.
Place the tray into the freezer so the chocolate can harden.
Meanwhile, mold the marzipan into Olaf’s lower and upper body, head, and legs. Place a toothpick through all three pieces to keep him together.
Get your hands wet and lightly dampen the marzipan form. Then cover in powdered sugar (getting it wet will help the sugar to stay!)
Place on his eyes.
Use a toothpick to create a space for his nose and place the orange nose into each Olaf.
Use the toothpick to create holes for his arms and hair, and place them on.
Add his mouth and chocolate chip buttons!
Finally, use the chocolate piping bag again to draw on his eyebrows.
