Ingredients

  • SMOOTHIE:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt
  • Splash of milk
  • TOPPINGS:
  • Kiwi
  • Strawberries
  • 1/3 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1 Tbsp of coconut oil

Directions

  1. Place white chocolate chips and coconut oil into a bowl and mix. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Remove and stir.

  2. Heat white chocolate chips for another 30 seconds, and then pour into shell-shaped candy molds. Place in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes to set.

  3. Slice a kiwi and two strawberries. Set aside.

  4. Place your smoothie ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl.

  5. Top your smoothie bowl with the strawberry slices, kiwi slices, and two white chocolate shells.

  6. Enjoy!
