To create Ducky, use a knife to cut out the shape of Ducky’s face & eye lids from a slice of mango.
Using kitchen scissors, cut out Ducky’s eye lashes and the black part of his eyes from eggplant skin. Also, use the scissors to shape a piece of dehydrated pineapple into his head feathers.
Using a knife, cut out the pink part of his eyes from radish and his beak from a slice of carrot.
To create Ducky’s eyeballs, cut a Mini Babybel cheese in half. Use a knife to cut one semicircle in half longwise, creating 2 thinner, identical semicircles. This will be the lower portion of his eye. Arrange these, along with the mango eyelids, cut radish, and eggplant skin eye lashes atop to create his complete eye.
To create Bunny, use a knife to cut out the shape of Bunny’s face, ears, plastic hook, & tongue from a green apple. Coat the apple with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Dye the coconut evenly with the natural blue food dye. On the serving plate, sprinkle the coconut atop Bunny’s apple face and ears to give him a fluffy look.
Using kitchen scissors, cut out Bunny’s eye lids and the black part of his eyes from eggplant skin. Cut out the purple part of his eyes from a leaf of cabbage
Using a knife, cut out his small oval nose shape from green apple skin. Cut a blueberry in half to create the tip of his nose. Cut out the inner part of Bunny’s ears from green apple skin.
To create Bunny’s eyeballs, cut a Mini Babybel cheese longwise. Cut each piece into an almond-like shape. Layer the cut cabbage and eggplant skin atop to create his complete eyes.
Using star cutters, cut out 2 stars from green apple skin for garnishing the plate.
