7 Easy, Fabulous Phyllo Dough Recipes!

7 easy fabulous phyllo dough recipes

When it comes to “shortcut” ingredients, phyllo dough ranks as one of my very favorites. It goes sweet as easily as it does savory, can be cut and folded into a variety of shapes, and (most importantly) it is so delicious. Those crispy buttery layers are completely irresistible and lend a professional look to any dish (that only you will know how easy it was to execute!).

I’ve gathered up some stellar recipes that feature phyllo dough — so stock up that freezer!

Personally, I didn’t think it was possible to improve on a basic Pop-Tart (don’t judge). But replacing the ho-hum dough with crispy layers of phyllo? Game. Changer.
